Business process automation · New Jersey
Your team's repetitive work, running on software you already pay for.
Isorhythm Solutions builds automations inside the tools your business already licenses, such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Automate. Administrative staff stop re-keying, chasing and reconciling, and spend their time on the work that needs a person.
What we do
Most small and mid-sized businesses already own the tools to automate their back office. The work is designing the process so it holds up on a busy Tuesday.
Process automation
Flows that take the manual steps out of everyday administration.
- Email intake turned into structured records
- Reminders, follow-ups and escalations
- Scheduling, attendance and status tracking
- Daily and weekly reports that assemble themselves
Workflow and controls design
Processes built the way a regulated business would build them.
- Clear ownership of every exception
- Audit trail of what happened and why
- Nothing fails silently; problems surface to a person
- Documentation your team can maintain
Apps
Focused web and mobile apps where off-the-shelf software falls short.
- Phone-ready tools for staff in the field
- Dashboards on top of existing data
- Our own apps for musicians and specialists
How an engagement runs
Automation earns trust by being tested against real cases before anyone relies on it.
Map the process
Walk through the work as it actually happens today, including the exceptions people handle by memory.
Build a working model
Build and refine the automation in a separate model of your environment, so nothing touches your live systems.
Test against real cases
Run a full set of realistic scenarios and check every result against an answer key until everyone agrees on what is happening.
Move it over
Move the agreed design into your own Microsoft 365 environment, with documentation and support while it settles in.
About
Isorhythm Solutions is led by Andrew Schmidt, an operations executive with more than 20 years in banking, wealth management, operations and compliance, most recently as a chief operating officer.
That background shapes the work: processes designed with controls, exceptions that reach the right person, and systems that keep running when the person who built them isn't in the room.
